CORTLAND, N.Y. (WHCU) – Authorities in Cortland are asking for help with an investigation.

The City of Cortland Police Department says the woman pictured below is a person of interest in a fraud investigation and they need help identifying her. Anyone who recognizes the woman or has information relevant to the investigation is asked to contact Cortland PD at (607)-344-1104.
