CORTLAND, N.Y. (WHCU) — In Cortland, a temporary warming center is now open. 

Temperatures this week are expected to fall below 32 degrees overnight, so the Cortland County Department of Social Services have opened an emergency code blue warming center at 49 Grant Street.

It will remain open through Thursday from 4:30 PM to 8:30 AM.
