CORTLAND, N.Y. (WHCU) – A Cortland man awaits his day in court from a Cortland County Jail cell.

Cortland Police arrested 42-year-old Keith Anderson Saturday after an investigation into stolen property. A victim had their wallet and credit cards taken from a parked vehicle on River Street at some point overnight from Friday to Saturday.

The victim reported that their credit card was charged at two local stores that same day. Authorities say Anderson was identified on security cameras using the stolen credit cards.
