CORTLAND, N.Y. (WHCU) — Smaller trash totes are now available in Cortland. 

Mayor Scott Steve says they will be delivered in the next couple weeks to anyone in the city who’s requested one. The unwanted, larger size totes will be picked up on the next regular collection day.

In January, garbage and recycling totes replaced Cortland’s blue bag system.
