CORTLAND, N.Y. (WHCU) — A couple thousand dollars could help fix a patrol car in Cortland County.

A vehicle for the Sheriff’s Office was recently damaged in a crash. Officials are considering spending $2,500 on repairs.

The request comes after legislators agreed to buy a new boat for the Sheriff’s Office. The previous boat had a hole that could not be repaired.
