CORTLAND, N.Y. (WHCU) — A leader in Cortland County politics will serve another term.

On Thursday, legislators reappointed Democratic Election Commissioner Thomas Brown. His term will continue through 2028.

Brown is currently serving his 16th year as commissioner.
