FREETOWN, N.Y. (WHCU) – A Cortland County man is charged with felony criminal contempt.
Cortland County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 32-year-old Michael Palmer, of Freetown, around 3:45 p.m. Tuesday after they received a harassment complaint. Palmer allegedly sent text messages to someone who had a full stay away order of protection against him.
