CORTLAND, N.Y. (WHCU) — Cortland County wants to hear your ideas for a new strategic development plan. 

The county has launched Elevate Cortland, which officials say will help guide Cortland County’s future. Five public meetings are planned into April, with the first taking place March 19 at the Marathon Civic Center.

County residents will hear about the strategic plan and offer their own thoughts. It will eventually replace a comprehensive plan from over four decades ago.
