AUBURN, N.Y. (WHCU) — A Cortland County contractor is accused of defrauding two Cayuga County couples. 

FingerLakes1.com reports Michael Young pleaded guilty Wednesday and faces two to four years in prison. Prosecutors say Young took a total of 19-thousand-dollars in May and August of last year from two couples but failed to complete the work for which he was hired.

Young will be sentenced in July. Prosecutors are also seeking restitution.
