CORTLAND, N.Y. (WHCU) — Plans are advancing to enhance the Cortland County Airport.

On Tuesday, the county’s Highway Committee approved a resolution to build a storage hangar and expand the parking lot. The state would cover 90 percent of the cost.

County legislators will make the final decision.
