CORTLAND, N.Y. (WHCU) — Cortland is pushing ahead with a new law limiting where tobacco and vaping products can be sold in the city.

Mayor Scott Steve says a recent vote in the Common Council was unanimous.

Mayor Steve also says the law is meant to protect kids.

Four of the city’s 18 stores are now in violation of the city’s law.
