NICHOLS, N.Y. (WHCU) — A new barn at Tioga Downs Casino is almost finished.

WENY-TV reports work on the new horse barn began in February. In November, investigators say Pennsylvania native Boyd Fenton purposefully set fire to the original barn that killed 40 horses.

The replacement barn will likely be completed in a week.
