ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) – A recall has been issued for more than 15 million Toshiba laptop chargers that were sold more than a decade ago.

The AC adapters, now under the Dynabook Americas umbrella, were included with Toshiba brand laptops and sold separately. They were manufactured between 2008 and 2012 and sold between April 2008 and April 2014. There have been 679 reports of adapters melting or catching on fire, including 43 minor burn injuries.
