OWASCO, N.Y. (WHCU) – The Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help locating a missing teen.

Joseph Wade Czyz left his home near Adams Avenue in Owasco just before 10:30 p.m. on Monday, August 14. The 13-year-old is 5’6”, 120 pounds, with hazel eyes and red hair. Anyone with info is asked to call 911.
