OWEGO, N.Y. (WHCU) – A Broome County woman is facing a grand larceny charge.

Authorities in Tioga County arrested 36-year-old Nicky Lynch, of Lisle, on February 23rd, 2023. Lynch allegedly took a truck from a residence in the Town of Owego without permission. She was remanded to Tioga County Jail with no bail.
