BINGHAMTON, NY (WHCU) – The Broome County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a convicted sex offender.

There’s an outstanding warrant for Matthew Knapp for violating the terms of his sex offender registration, which is also a condition of his probation. Authorities say Knapp was most recently known to frequent the Upper Court Street area in Kirkwood.
