BARTON, N.Y. (WHCU) – A Tioga County man awaits his day in court.

Keith Corneby, of Barton, was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a firearm on October 13. Deputies were serving an order of protection to the 60-year-old when they discovered he had a loaded Colt 45 without a New York State pistol permit. Corneby is scheduled to appear in the Town of Tioga Court on Wednesday, November 8.
