ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) – The Tompkins County Sheriff’s Office is trying to locate the second suspect in a Town of Ithaca assault.
Authorities are searching for 25-year-old Anthony Cruz, who is known to frequent the Elmira area. The victim claims she was involved in a road rage incident with Cruz and Peterson just before her arrival at Dunkin Donuts. When the victim came out of the store, she saw that Cruz had keyed her car. When she confronted Cruz, he allegedly attacked her. Peterson was arrested Thursday, July 13, and charged with felony assault. Anthony Cruz is wanted for felonies of assault and criminal mischief.
