CINCINNATUS, N.Y. (WHCU) — One Cortland County man faces a felony.

Deputies arrested 46-year-old Jason Rice on Sunday. The Cuyler man, who has active warrants with law enforcement, was located at a residence in Cincinnatus. Rice is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance. Rice will appear in court on Wednesday night.
