CORTLAND, N.Y. (WHCU) – An Endicott woman is awaiting her day in Cortland City Court.

30-year-old Crystal Bruzee  was arrested Thursday, March 2nd, 2023 after a six-months-long investigation into sex abuse from the summer of 2021. Bruzee is accused of abusing a 9-year-old female while living at the same residence on Charles Street.

After the investigation, which included multiple interviews, she was arrested and charged with felonies of predatory sex assault, sex abuse, and a criminal sex act. She additionally faces a misdemeanor of endangering the welfare of a child. She was remanded to Cortland County Jail without bail and will appear in court at a later date.
