OWEGO, N.Y. (WHCU) – The Pennsylvania man accused of setting fire to a barn at Tioga Downs that killed 30 horses has been indicted.

32-year-old Boyd Fenton was arraigned in Tioga County Court on Friday following the indictment.
WENY-TV reports the Athens man is facing a single count of arson, assault, and burglary, 30 counts each of injury to domestic animals and overdriving, torturing, and injuring animals, one count of aggravated cruelty to animals, and two counts of criminal mischief.
According to WENY-TV, Fenton faces 105 charges in all.
Boyd is accused of setting the fire on November 9, killing 30 horses and a cat, and injuring a trainer. He remains in custody on $25,000 cash bail.
