LANSING, N.Y. (WHCU) – Three seats will be available on Lansing Central School District’s Board of Education later this spring.
There will be two retirements and one incumbent running for reelection. Potential candidates must submit a petition with signatures from 25 qualified voters to the Lansing Central School District Office by 5:00 p.m. on April 17, 2023.
LCSD Superintendent Chris Pettograsso hopes residents get involved.
Pettograsso adds that the public will have an opportunity to meet the candidates at a community event once they are chosen. The board vote happens at the same time as the budget vote on May 16, 2023.
