ITHACA, NY (CortacaToday) — Ithaca leaders are reviewing a downtown plan.

It includes recommendations for natural resources, public safety, and transportation. Planning & Development Board member Andy Rollman said the proposal is impressive.

“It’s really an exciting and incredible document,” he said.

The plan could see approval by the Common Council in November or December.
