SYRACUSE, NY (CortacaToday) – Federal authorities are trying to identify three suspects in a string of Central New York gun burglaries.

The thefts occurred at four federally licensed retailers from July 27, 2024, through Friday, August 16, 2024. Authorities say 45 firearms were stolen in total from stores in Syracuse, Endicott, Cazenovia, and Watertown.

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) along with the National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF) is offering a $5,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the people responsible.

  • 8/15 – MD Arms, Syracuse – 3 firearms
  • 8/7 – McLain’s Sporting Goods, Endicott – 6 firearms
  • 8/16 – AJ Archery, Cazenovia – 24 firearms
  • 7/27 – Denver’s Firearms, Watertown – 12 firearms
