ITHACA, NY (CortacaToday) — Heavy rain is on the way. 

The National Weather Service has issued a flood watch for Tompkins, Cortland, and Tioga counties starting tomorrow morning through early Saturday morning.

Forecasters warn that remnants of Tropical Storm Debby may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other locations that are flood prone.
