HOMER, NY (CortacaToday) — There’s a new artifact at Homer Town Hall.

A New York state map from 1834 is on display. Town Historian Martin Sweeney says it was found at an online auction. He adds the map was made one year before the Village of Homer was incorporated.

Deputy Village Mayor Patrick Clune encourages people to stop by and see the historical item.
