ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) – Learn how to make healthy meals in Ithaca.

Cornell Cooperative Extension is partnering with the Tompkins County Public Library for a nutrition workshop. The workshop is led by educators from Cornell Cooperative Extension and is an initiative of SNAP-Ed, the education arm of the federal Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program.

“Quick, Healthy Meals and Snacks with SNAP-Ed New York” will focus on creating quick and healthy meals and snacks for busy days. A food demonstration and tastings will be included.

It’s happening on Saturday, March 25th, 2023, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the BorgWarner Community Room at the Tompkins County Public Library. Limited space is available for the workshop, registration is required.
