RICHFORD, NY (WHCU) — A Tioga County town is focusing on streets.

Officials in Richford are reviewing a law that would change some seasonal roads to low maintenance ones. Highway Superintendent Harrison Marsh says the proposal would give the town more control of making changes. He adds people are buying land on the roads.

Elsewhere in the county, a new vehicle is coming to Barton.
