WAVERLY, NY (WHCU) – A criminal mischief investigation is underway in Tioga County.

Waverly Police say multiple graffiti tags have popped up all over Muldoon Park. Anyone with any information regarding the damage is asked to contact Waverly PD at 607-585-2836.
