ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) — ‘The Jungle’ is now cleaner.

Police Chief Tom Kelly recently walked through the homeless encampment before clean-up efforts began more than a week ago. He tells WHCU it’s approaching crisis level. 

Ithaca and Tompkins County officials are working on solutions to ‘the Jungle.’ Kelly believes it’s a tall task.
