CORTLAND, N.Y. (WHCU) — Cortland’s new trash pickup system is now six weeks old. 

Mayor Scott Steve says education and enforcement will soon begin. 

In January, trash and recycling totes replaced the blue bag system. Mayor Steve tells WHCU there’s still a lot of confusion, so an education campaign will help.
