ELMIRA, NY (607NewsNow) — A local coach is eager to watch the Fall Classic.
Elmira College Head Baseball Coach Anthony Goncalves said the World Series between Milwaukee and Tampa Bay won’t disappoint.
“It might not be the most viewed [because of] the market size, but it’ll be an exciting one to watch,” he said.

Goncalves said baseball fans will love the playstyle on the diamond.
“You’re going to see a hit-and-run, I guarantee you,” he said. “You’re going to see a sacrifice bunt.”
Goncalves said Tampa Bay gets “amazing effort” from its players. He also applauded Milwaukee’s operation, calling it a “well-oiled machine.”
Game 1 of the World Series begins tonight at 8 p.m. The first two games are in Milwaukee before the series shifts to Tampa Bay.
