CORTLAND, N.Y. (WHCU) — The Cortland Enlarged City School District is asking voters to approve a $56.1 million budget.

Edwards adds the district traditionally receives a 3% increase in school aid. Meantime, the superintendent tells WHCU they still have a plan for filling a nearly $1 million gap.
