BERKSHIRE, NY (607NewsNow) – A traffic stop leads to multiple charges for a Tioga County man.
On September 29, 27-year-old Brien Auditor, of Berkshire, was pulled over in the Town of Union for speeding in a school zone.
State Police say they found 26 grams of black tar heroin, a loaded semiautomatic rifle, and two large-capacity magazines during a K9 search of the vehicle. Troopers found several more handguns during a subsequent search of Auditor’s home, which he is not licensed to possess. Additionally, Auditor did not possess a valid drivers licensed.
Auditor is charged with two felony drug charges, four felony gun charges, and a misdemeanor drug charge.
