BELFAST, NY (607NewsNow) – Several injured birds of prey have been rehabilitated.

Three bald eagles were secured by the DEC earlier this summer, including two juveniles who fell from their nest at the Montezuma Wildlife Refuge.

The juveniles were taken to the Janet L. Swanson Wildlife Hospital at Cornell University for treatment before being transferred to a wildlife rehabilitation center in Western NY.
