ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) — The Tompkins County Legislature has a packed agenda tonight.

Officials will look to accept $75,000 in state funding to help study Six Mile Creek. The assessment would examine ways to reduce flooding and protect Ithaca’s drinking water.

Legislators will also discuss spending $100,000 to develop high-speed internet infrastructure in unserved areas – and they’ll award tourism grants.

Tonight’s meeting starts at 5:30 PM.
