ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) — The Cayuga Chamber Orchestra is close to naming a new music director. 

The group will announce their new leader next month. They’ll also celebrate Grant Cooper, who stepped in last year to serve as interim music director. Four finalists were given chances to conduct CCO performances.

The announcement will be made during the final concert of the season May 19 at First Presbyterian Church in Ithaca.
