ULYSSES, N.Y. (WHCU) — Ulysses leaders are considering spending COVID-19 relief money to improve a parking lot.
Officials have until year’s end to figure out where the leftover funding from the American Rescue Plan Act is going. Town Supervisor Katelin Olson says the money might be used to improve the Town Hall parking lot.
“We may end up being in a phase where it’s only reasonable to use the ARPA funds for a design, and not for the actual construction,” she says.
Ulysses officials meet on Tuesday at 7 PM to review other ideas.
