ENDWELL, NY (607NewsNow) — A 24-year-old Endwell man faces charges in a fatal fire. 

State Police arrested Tyler Russell, charging him with six counts of manslaughter for a deadly blaze Monday, June 22 at the Knights Inn motel in Endwell. Russell has also been charged with one count of arson.

According to reports, the fire “spread rapidly” and several people are now displaced. State Police say the victims’ names “will be released at a later time.”
