Update, 10:30 — The Owego Police Department says 14-year-old Dylan Kithcart has been found. No other details have been released.

OWEGO, N.Y. (WHCU) — Owego Police are looking for a missing boy.

14-year-old Dylan Kithcart is five foot four and 130 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. Police say he was last seen wearing a black puffy coat, red shirt, black or gray sweatpants, and black sneakers.
