CORTLAND, N.Y. (WHCU) — Crews will resume reconstruction work in Main Street in Cortland next week.

Once completed, Mayor Scott Steve tells WHCU street parking will change.

Steve still expects the project transforming Main Street from one-way to two-way traffic to be completed by Labor Day.
