RICHFORD, N.Y. (WHCU) — Officials in Richford hope to resolve a problem with roads.

Town Highway Superintendent Harrison Marsh says some streets were recently sealed with sand. He adds the roads were repaired earlier this year but were not holding.

The town also recently removed trees and stumps from Brummage Road.

Elsewhere in Tioga County, a Newark Valley grocery store is seeking to identify suspects.
