CAYUGA HEIGHTS, NY (607NewsNow) — A Tompkins County village remains focused on a residential proposal.

At tonight’s Cayuga Heights Board of Trustees meeting, officials will continue conversations about a townhouse project. The proposed development, which would be on East Upland Road, has been under consideration since October.

In January, the board discussed zoning requirements such as the height of buildings. Architect Graham Feltham said the townhouses would meet the zoning requirements of 25 feet in height.

In total, there would be 10 two-story townhouses. The homes would be screened by a row of trees.

More details will be shared during tonight’s meeting, which begins at 7 p.m. at Marcham Hall.
