ITHACA, NY (607NewsNow) – A Chips Ahoy product sold in stores nationwide is being recalled.
Last week, the FDA announced a recall from December that has been expanded to include two additional variations of Chips Ahoy’s Baked Bites Brookie products.

Officials say an error in the mixing process formed small clumps of corn starch in the product. The clumps pose a choking hazard, particularly for high-risk groups like children and the elderly. Consumers who have this product are advised not to eat it and call the manufacturer, Mondelez Global LLC, for more information.
