MECKLENBURG, N.Y. (WHCU) — A hamlet near Ithaca is putting on a festival this weekend.

Leaders in Mecklenburg are hosting the first Mecktoberfest. There’ll be hayrides, bounce houses, and food trucks.

The cash-only event happens on Saturday from 11 AM to 11 PM at the Mecklenburg Fire House.
