CAROLINE, N.Y. (WHCU) — Leaders in Caroline are looking over a zoning plan.

Town Supervisor Mark Witmer says the task is time-consuming.

“It just takes time,” he says. “We are making good progress in reviewing that, and I expect us to finish our work fairly soon and move forward to consider zoning in Caroline.”

A public hearing must happen before any rules are adopted.
