CORTLAND, N.Y. (WHCU) – A Cortland man awaits his day in court.

Authorities responded to Yaman Park on Monday for a report of a man exposing himself. 43-year-old David White is accused of trying to grope an adult female and exposing his penis to several others, including children. White was arrested and charged with felony persistent sexual abuse and misdemeanors of public lewdness, forcible touching, and endangering the welfare of a child. He’s being held in Cortland County Jail to await further court proceedings.

David White was also issued a permanent no-trespass order that bars him from all city parks.
