UPDATE 2:00 P.M.- The vehicle has been located and the subject has been reunited with family per Cortland PD.

CORTLAND, N.Y. (WHCU) — Cortland Police are searching for a missing person.

Authorities say they may be in a teal Volvo sedan, possibly with California plates. The car is reportedly being driven by a 24-year-old man. Officers say the vehicle may be near TC3.
