CORTLAND, N.Y. (WHCU) – A Cortland man is facing a felony after a 10-month investigation.

Authorities say they received a complaint on October 7 last year that 59-year-old Andrew Swarm was in possession of child pornography. Swarm’s computer was seized for forensic analysis and was found to have both pictures and videos. Swarm was arrested on July 28, 2023, and charged with possessing a sexual performance by a child. He will appear in Cortland City Court at a later date.
