JOHNSON CITY, N.Y. (WHCU) — One man is facing two felonies in Broome County.

Johnson City Police recently arrested 36-year-old Andrew Hubbard. He allegedly sexually assaulted a 15-year-old.

Hubbard is charged with rape and criminal sex act. He was processed then released from custody, per bail reform laws.
